Joint pain or in medical terms is called with arthritis is a medical disorder that makes you sore and inflamed joints. If you suffer from this disease, then there are some foods that you should avoid as they can aggravate your illness.

1. Fried Foods
Eating fried foods will aggravate arthritis in two ways. The first is exacerbating inflammation. While the second is to increase your weight so that it will put more pressure on your joints.

2. Salt
Excess salt in the body is able to aggravate inflammation. Therefore, avoid to eat processed foods and packaging that contains a lot of salt in it.
 
3. Sugar
Sugar and refined carbohydrates will lead to increasing types of toxins in the body called advanced glycation end product (AGE) which is able to destroy certain proteins in the body. This has become one of the factors that exacerbate your illness.

4. Alcohol and cigarettes
Smoking will further aggravate your arthritis and rheumatism. While alcohol is also the same bad effect.
 


5. Gluten
Gluten is a protein found in wheat and other grains. Those who suffer from joint pain should not eat gluten because it will aggravate the inflammation.

6. Dairy products
Protein content in milk can damage the body's antibodies are useful to protect the body from inflammation. Therefore, those who are suffering from joint pain should not drink milk or eat dairy.
 


7. Meat
Meat is high in iron content in it. But arthritis sufferers should reduce because meat contains fat that could be toxic materials and exacerbate inflammation.


Instead of taking drugs chemicals that can harm your body, you should avoid eating these foods. Indeed arthritis you are not directly recovered immediately, but at least you can reduce the cause.
