Solutions to Stop Bad Breath


Many people complain of having bad breath. The causes may be multiple: caries, gum, digestive problems... The mouth contains millions of bacteria dispose to find a good breath.

Brushing your teeth after every meal
To combat germs in the mouth, it is important to brush your teeth. Do after every meal if possible, to eliminate the residues of food stuck between your teeth that are responsible for bad breath.

Biting a nail of clove
Clove is excellent to give you a good breath. You can chew a nail of clove after a meal.
Mint
Finish the meal with a herbal tea or mint tea will help you keep a fresh breath.
Cinnamon stick
Cinnamon has natural properties to stop bad breath. Suck a cinnamon stick for having a good breath.
Avoid Alcohol 
Avoid excess alcohol and tobacco which are often the cause of bad breath.
If you try and still bad, consult a dentist approximately every 6 months to check your teeth.
